Sunny Life Co. is a Copenhagen-based food startup creating organic, allergen-friendly sunflower seed butter — a sustainable, high-protein alternative to nut butters. We’re on a mission to make healthy food fun, inclusive, and full of flavor.
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Intern to support our retail and B2B expansion. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and help bring Sunny Life to more local retailers and cafés.
Research and identify potential retail, café, and B2B partners across Denmark.
Draft and send outreach emails or follow-ups to buyers, distributors, and collaborators.
Help organize and maintain our CRM database (contact lists, outreach tracking, status updates).
Support sample coordination, delivery logistics, and follow-up communication.
Analyze partner feedback and sales data to refine outreach and identify growth trends.
Assist in creating simple business materials (sales decks, retailer kits, follow-up templates).
You’re a student in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Organized, proactive, and confident reaching out to new people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Danish a plus).
Curious about startups, retail, and the food industry.
Able to work independently with clear direction.
Get hands-on experience in B2B sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
Work directly with the founder and gain insight into how an early-stage food startup scales.
Build a tangible network of industry contacts within the Copenhagen food scene.
Flexible hours (approx. 8–12 hours/week) with hybrid or remote work options.
Start: January 2026
Duration: 6 months
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Student Internship
