Product Manager B2C

Salary €4,500 - €5,500

We’re looking for a Product Manager, B2C to lead the development of Singa’s consumer products and ensure our B2C product development moves in the right direction without compromising quality. You’ll take full ownership of the B2C product area, driving strategy, discovery, prioritization, and delivery from start to finish. The goal is to build products our users love to sing with, while understanding and managing the balance of acceptable technical debt. You bring empathy for users and curiosity for what truly makes our products meaningful.

This is a key role in Singa’s product organization, as the team is being restructured into dedicated sub-teams focused on business areas: B2B, B2C, and internal. You’ll lead the B2C product stream ensuring its roadmap delivers measurable business impact, user satisfaction and retention. Your work will directly contribute to Singa’s B2C business growth by increasing sales, user satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, and data teams to align priorities, streamline delivery, and ensure that product decisions always serve both our users and the business effectively.

What Success Looks Like

  • The B2C roadmap is clear, data-driven, and moving in the right direction without compromising quality.

  • Product delivery stays on schedule with strong alignment and focus across teams.

  • Features launch successfully, user satisfaction and retention increase, and business growth follows.

  • The product team operates efficiently with fewer ad-hoc maintenance tasks and higher release quality.

You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions and priorities when needed, connect commercial goals with technical reality, and continuously improve how we plan, build, and measure our products. You stay calm under pressure and make clear, informed decisions when priorities compete.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Product Manager for B2C, your main responsibilities include:

  • Owning the B2C product roadmap – defining, prioritizing, and communicating upcoming initiatives based on user and business needs.

  • Driving product delivery – ensuring features ship on schedule and with high quality, documented accordingly.

  • Leading discovery and validation – gathering insights from users and data to identify what to build next.

  • Improving product KPIs – focusing on cycle time, release frequency, crash-free rates, and user satisfaction.

  • Ensuring cross-team alignment – making priorities, trade-offs, and goals visible and understood.

  • Monitoring outcomes post-release – measuring impact and adjusting roadmap accordingly.

  • Challenging roadmaps and technical decisions – ensuring every product investment is tied to a measurable business impact.

  • You’ll combine an entrepreneurial and data-informed mindset with strong attention to detail — turning metrics into insight, leading experiments to learn fast, and acting quickly when you notice UX that needs improvement

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development cycles, preferably in a B2C environment

  • Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into clear product priorities and roadmaps

  • People skills – demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) and ensuring alignment and focus

  • Competence in interpreting product and user data to guide decision-making and measure impact

  • Proficient in balancing business outcomes with technical realities – enough technical skills to challenge opinions for successful trade-offs and tech-debt management

  • An eye for and understanding of good UI/UX design

  • Solid communication skills

  • Ownership-driven: takes full responsibility for outcomes (not just outputs)

  • Analytical mind with attention to detail

  • Entrepreneurial approach: proactively identifies new growth opportunities

Nice to Have

  • Technical prototyping experience (basic HTML/CSS/JS and/or low-code tools for rapid validation)

  • UX design experience (wireframing, user flows)

  • Deeper understanding of technical architecture and APIs

  • Experience in establishing and/or improving product KPIs

  • Experience with music, entertainment, or hospitality technology products

  • Exposure to international B2C markets and customer support processes
