We’re looking for a Product Manager, B2B to lead the development of Singa’s business-to-business products and shape the future of how venues and hospitality partners deliver karaoke experiences worldwide. You’ll take full ownership of the B2B product area, driving strategy, discovery, prioritization, and delivery from start to finish. The goal is to build products that delight users and become indispensable to our customers’ businesses, while maintaining a healthy balance between speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
This is a key role in Singa’s product organization, as the team evolves into dedicated sub-teams focused on different business areas. You’ll lead the B2B product stream — ensuring its roadmap delivers measurable business impact, customer satisfaction, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and data to align priorities, streamline delivery, and continuously improve how we plan, build, and measure our products.

You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, connect commercial goals with technical reality, and continuously improve how we plan, build, and measure our products. You stay calm under pressure and make clear, informed decisions when priorities compete.
Owning the B2B product roadmap – defining, prioritising, and communicating upcoming initiatives based on customer and business needs
Driving product delivery – ensuring features ship on schedule and with high quality, documented accordingly
Improving Product KPIs (cycle time, release frequency, crash-free rates) and both customer and user satisfaction
Ensuring cross-team alignment – making priorities, trade-offs, and goals visible and understood
Leading discovery and validation – gathering insights from users, and data to get insight on what to build next
Monitoring outcomes – measure post-release impact and adjust roadmap accordingly
Challenging roadmaps and technical decisions – ensuring every product investment is tied to a measurable business impact
You’ll combine an entrepreneurial and data-informed mindset with strong attention to detail — translating metrics into clear insights, leading experiments for further learnings and always acting if encountering UX requiring attention
Must Have
Proven experience managing end-to-end product development cycles, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product priorities and roadmaps
People skills – demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) and ensuring alignment and focus
Competence in interpreting product and user data to guide decision-making and measure impact
Proficient in balancing business outcomes with technical realities – enough technical skills to challenge opinions for successful trade-off and tech-debt management
An eye for and understanding of good UI/UX design
Solid communication skills
Ownership-driven: takes full responsibility for outcomes (not just outputs)
Empathic and curious about both customer and user needs
Nice to Have
Technical prototyping experience (basic HTML/CSS/JS and/or low-code tools for rapid validation)
UX design experience (wireframing, user flows)
Deeper understanding of technical architecture and APIs
Experience in establishing and/or improving product KPIs
Experience with music, entertainment, or hospitality technology products
Exposure to international B2B markets and customer success processes

Our Work Model
Hybrid: In the Helsinki Capital Region, we aim a hybrid setup with 2–3 remote days per week. For those living outside the capital region, we typically aim for around five office days per month.
