About us

Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy. We provide strategy consulting services to startups and SMEs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants (from Deloitte, PwC, DYNACAP, BearingPoint, and Round), and some of our student consultants and leadership team members have gone on to work at larger consultancies themselves.

We are currently expanding our Operations department for an ambitious 2026!

What we look for

You are a motivated student or a recent graduate from a university in Denmark, who wants to join Millennial's management as an Operations Specialist to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal of bridging student consultants from a range of universities with local startups and SMEs. As the new member, you will help with various tasks within your team and across the organization.

We expect that:

• You have or wish to gain more experience in event planning, logistics, project management, and administration

• You are a capable negotiator with a proactive mindset and are not scared to share new ideas

• You have high organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• You are a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse team

• You understand the basics of business operations processes

We are a dynamic team consisting of different departments, ranging from Communications, HR, Business Development, and Operations. To make onboarding successful, you can expect from us:

• Hand over and onboarding of the documentation and templates for each of your responsibilities

• Possibility of shadowing teams, and participating in meetings and social events already from day one

• Mentoring and practical advice from our alumni community and larger consulting partners

• Open hierarchy willing to share strategies and open to new ideas

Please note:

• It's an unpaid, volunteer position, taking up around 5-10 hours a week.

• The position is primarily for students, but we also welcome recent graduates, who have the time and are looking to gain experience and networking.

• Applicants will either be hired November/December or beginning of January 2026.
