We’re looking for a Key Account Manager in Finland: not to manage accounts but accelerate their growth both short and mid-term. Someone who lives for results, thrives on relationships, and sees every target as a springboard.

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales into Finnish retail chains and other new customers. You’ll build strong customer relationships, secure new listings, and ensure Rebl products are noticed and win in-store. For the right profile, this role can in the future also evolve into leading our overall sales strategy in Finland, with broader responsibility across accounts and channels.
Develop and strengthen our relationship and sales with key Finnish retail groups
Drive and own our relationship with central category managers but also with key regions and store owners.
Strengthen ties with our flagship stores and help implement impactful marketing initiatives in-store.
Leverage and analyze data, to holistically drive both short term and mid term sales objectives
Lead annual negotiations, joint strategic business planning, and drive sales promotional agreements to grow our business nationwide.
Monitor & be on top of sales performance (own customer data, category trends) to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional marketing, product development and operations to ensure flawless execution.

3-5 years of experience in sales / account management within FMCG in retail in Finland
Strong knowledge of the Finnish retail landscape and buyer dynamics.
Proven track record in managing negotiations and delivering sales growth.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling environment and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Willing to drive around the country if this is what it takes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Finnish & English.

Location: This role is hybrid, from Rebl office in Herttoniemi (twice a week), partly remote, and partly wherever great ideas happen.
