Your Mission

You’ll be the architect behind Bered’s left brain - the operational backbone.

You’ll turn chaos into clarity, connect logistics, finance, and automation, and build the systems that make everything run smoothly as we grow.

Your Responsibilities

• Map, document, and improve internal processes (SOPs).

• Build clear dashboards in Notion / ClickUp / Google Sheets.

• Oversee logistics and purchasing together with partners in China and the Philippines.

• Monitor every krona in and out to optimize operations and cash flow.

• Collaborate with the accounting firm (CFO-light model) - deliver weekly reports and financial overviews.

• Lead automation projects (Zapier / Make / GPT) to reduce manual work by at least 50%.

• Work closely with the CEO to connect operations, marketing, and sales into one unified system.

• You enjoy numbers and structure and you take pride in creating clarity.

• You have experience in operations, logistics, finance, and/or administration, ideally within a startup or e-commerce environment.

• You’re skilled in Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, and AI tools.

• You’re independent, reliable, and you finish what you start.
