About the role

We are seeking a results-oriented International Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients across global markets. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey as we actively penetrate new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Understand client needs and match them with our product offering
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition
• Independently prospect and create new business opportunities
• Lead complex sales processes involving senior stakeholders such as CEOs and HR
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Represent the company at international meetings and events
• Contribute to market expansion strategies and be part of launching our presence in new regions
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management in an international context
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder processes and close deals with senior decision-makers
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Strong ability to prospect and build your own pipeline from scratch
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to be part of a growth journey into new markets
