We are looking for a mid-level backend developer with a strong understanding of AI workflows, agents, and LLM systems, who is eager to build real automation that makes a difference.

At NoCFO, you will design and implement production-grade AI systems that enable the next generation of accounting automation. You will work at the intersection of AI, backend engineering, and workflow orchestration – transforming complex financial logic into intuitive, polished, and automated processes.

🔧 What you'll do

You'll focus on: Python, Django, Temporal, and LLM-powered AI workflows and agents

Our tech stack includes: React, React Native, AWS (ECS, S3, CloudFront), and Terraform

You'll collaborate closely with our backend team to design intelligent systems that are reliable, scalable, and truly useful – not just experimental prototypes.

🧩 What we expect

• Hands-on experience with LLM models, AI agents, or AI workflow orchestration

• Strong experience with Python and Django

• An understanding of how to design and operate robust AI-powered systems

• Big plus for experience with Temporal or similar technology

• Big plus if you have experience and/or knowledge of entrepreneurship or accounting
