Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-moving, high-impact marketing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive growth by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution — from designing multi-channel campaigns to analyzing data and iterating for impact.

You’ll work closely with content, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run creative campaigns across digital, social, email, and events
  • Own ads, and performance — driving measurable growth through paid ads management and optimization
  • Use data to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns continuously
  • Ensure messaging is sharp and consistent across all channels
  • Collaborate with content, product, and commercial teams to tell stories that convert

What we are looking for

We’re seeking an experienced marketer with a proven track record of running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments. You combine creativity with analytical thinking and thrive when driving results across teams.

You have:

  • 4+ years in a marketing management role with hands-on campaign ownership (B2B and/or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong skills in digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Experience with ABM campaigns and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Bonus points for:
  • Interest or experience in energy or sustainability
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience with conferences, live events, or partnerships
