About the role
Are you enrolled in a Swedish program that includes an internship this spring? We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment while contributing to meaningful HR initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Support recruitment processes
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Participate in employer branding and internal communication efforts
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an internship course this spring as part of your education
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
• Interest in people, culture, and organizational development
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of HR systems or tools is a plus
