What's the role about? ðŸ’»

As a Sales Intern (Business Development Representative), you’ll be part of our international Sales Development team and get hands-on experience in how B2B sales works within a fast-scaling SaaS company.

You’ll learn how to research and identify new business opportunities, support outreach campaigns, and maintain structured and accurate data in our CRM system. You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers who’ll guide you throughout your internship, helping you grow both your skills and confidence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and researching potential customers within Nordic SMB markets and public sector organizations (municipalities, local government, and smaller agencies).
  • Supporting outreach and campaign activities to new markets and segments.
  • Working with CRM administration in HubSpot, including:
    • Cleaning and updating lists
    • Creating prospect lists and account mapping
    • Importing and enriching contact & account data
  • Supporting Account Executives with data analysis and account preparation.

  • Are currently studying Sales, Business, Marketing, or Account Management (e.g., at IHM, YRGO, or similar).
  • Are looking for a practical, hands-on LIA/internship where you can apply what you’ve learned in a real B2B environment.
  • Are curious about SaaS and modern B2B sales processes.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data and systems.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.

This internship requires authorization to work in Sweden and is eligible for academic credits as part of your education (e.g. LIA). We are looking for someone available for a minimum internship period of 10 weeks or longer. Due to IT security certification, all internships and employments within Eletive require background checks that must be approved before start date.
