We create next generation ready-to-eat meals and snacks, sold in supermarkets and food delivery. With over 4 million products sold in Finland and Sweden expansion kicking-off, we are entering an exciting scaling stage.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Manager who’s ready to take the brand to new heights — someone who can dream big, deliver even bigger, and broaden the community that loves what we stand for.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind Rebl’s marketing in Finland, turning our brand energy into brand love and sales.

Your job is part strategy, part execution — as we believe the best marketers can do both.

  • Plan & execute launch campaigns across channels — from social and influencer collaborations to in-store visibility and media.

  • Lead our social presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) — from concept to post, ensuring the Rebl voice stays bold and witty.

  • Collaborate with our spokesperson & content creators to bring fresh, engaging stories to life weekly.

  • Manage influencer partnerships — identify, brief, and measure collaborations that drive real impact.

  • Work closely with founders and agencies on brand strategy, media buying, and retail activations.

  • Manage online media buy, track performance & learn fast — report on engagement, reach, and sales uplift; adapt campaigns on the go.

  • Guard and grow the brand — make sure Rebl’s tone, visuals, and ideas stay consistent, creative, and rebellious.


Who You Are

  • A marketing all-rounder with 3–5 years of experience in consumer brands (FMCG, lifestyle, or food preferred) with hands-on social media experience

  • Equal parts strategic planner and creative executor — you can build a campaign plan and shoot a TikTok on your phone.

  • Deeply fluent in social culture — you know what performs on Tiktok (and why).

  • Experienced in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and content creation.

  • Comfortable running digital paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) or briefing media partners.

  • Collaborative, curious, and eady to jump in wherever the action is.

  • Energized by making things happen — whatever it takes.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus).

Location: This role is hybrid, from Rebl office in Herttoniemi (twice a week), partly remote, and partly wherever great ideas happen.
