About the Role

We’re looking for a design-driven front-end co-founder who can take ownership of Returna’s user experience and front-end architecture.

You’ll be the person shaping how Returna looks, feels, and behaves — turning a powerful backend and real customer traction into a polished, intuitive SaaS product that scales globally.

You’ll work closely with the founder and backend team to bring the product vision to life — from UX flows and visual design to real, production-level front-end code.

This is a co-founder role. You’ll join early, influence product direction, and own a meaningful equity stake as we grow.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for our Angular-based SaaS platform.

• Translate complex logistics workflows into clean, usable, and beautiful product experiences.

• Own our design system, ensuring consistency across features and future scalability.

• Work with our backend developers to integrate APIs, real-time data (Socket.io), and interactive dashboards (Chart.js).

• Design with empathy — focus on usability, accessibility, and clarity for both enterprise and ITAD users.

• Shape Returna’s visual identity: typography, color palette, spacing, and interaction patterns.

• Help define the product roadmap and contribute to product decisions at a strategic level.

You don’t need to be an expert in every library from day one — curiosity and design sense matter more than memorized syntax.

Who You Are

• A creative technologist who loves designing products that people enjoy using.

• Experienced with modern front-end frameworks (ideally Angular, but React/Vue backgrounds welcome).

• Strong UI/UX instincts — you can take a rough idea or user flow and make it elegant and intuitive.

• Comfortable owning both design and implementation: Figma → code.

• Pragmatic — you design systems that scale, not pixel-perfect mockups that never ship.

• Excited about sustainability, circular economy, or building tools that make a real-world impact.
