We are now looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our customer success team on a full-time basis.

Is fluent in English and Finnish (Swedish considered as a big advantage)
Has a great personality - that's what really matters
Has challenged themselves with relevant studies
Has experience in customer relationship management (e.g. customer success, sales, account management)
Has a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Has solid understanding of basic and modern productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pipedrive, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, etc..)
The review process starts on week 45
First round of interviews (remote) on week 46-48
Second round of interviews (Falcony office, Helsinki) start on week 49
