We are now looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our customer success team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding customers to provide optimal time-to-value

  • Managing accounts and delivering upselling growth targets in collaboration with sales

  • Ensuring we meet and exceed the needs of existing customers

  • Developing our customer success processes

  • Orchestrating customer journey

  • Providing support to key accounts

  • Working in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development

We're looking for a new colleague who...

  • Is fluent in English and Finnish (Swedish considered as a big advantage)

  • Has a great personality - that's what really matters

  • Has challenged themselves with relevant studies

  • Has experience in customer relationship management (e.g. customer success, sales, account management)

  • Has a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills

  • Has solid understanding of basic and modern productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pipedrive, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, etc..)


Recruitment timeline:

  • The review process starts on week 45

  • First round of interviews (remote) on week 46-48

  • Second round of interviews (Falcony office, Helsinki) start on week 49

  • We will fill the role as soon as we find the right person

  • Our next customer success superstar joins us in January 2026
