Join Ampy to build a scalable booking engine for one of Sweden’s fastest-growing service groups

We’re a fast-moving, tech-enabled startup scaling handyman services to thousands of households in Sweden. Behind the scenes: HubSpot + n8n + AI agents. The core is in place - now we’re upgrading it into a clean, reliable system that connects Marketing → Booking → Delivery so we can grow faster.

This is a unique chance to build systems that scale, take ownership of internal tools and processes, and help modernize a traditional industry alongside our team of entrepreneurs.

What you’ll do

• Build & improve HubSpot: refine objects, properties, pipelines, and automations to create a smarter lead & booking engine.

• Automate with n8n: design and harden workflows (triggers, webhooks, retries, error handling, logging) to improve day-to-day ops.

• Tighten the booking flow: reduce speed-to-contact, set up routing/notifications, and make outcomes measurable.

• Iterate from a working base: document what works, simplify what doesn’t, ship small improvements every week.

What we’re looking for

• Builder energy — ownership, bias to ship, high intensity.

• Hands-on knowledge — you’ve actually built workflows and pipelines.

• Automation mindset — n8n (or Make/Zapier) and basic comfort with webhooks/JSON.

• Clear communicator — concise in writing, curious in meetings, willing to challenge internal assumptions.

• Hungry to learn — eager to punch above your weight.

Internship details

• Pay: €500/month

• Duration: 3 months (full-time, remote; CET overlap for key meetings)

• Path to full-time: On strong performance and mutual fit, we’ll extend the contract and grow long-term.
