You own new business and expansion across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. You run full-cycle enterprise deals, build a repeatable pipeline with and without partners, and turn flagship DACH logos into multi-year references. Success in this role unlocks a promotion track to Chief Sales Officer, DACH after sustained over-target performance and leadership impact.
Location
Base in Germany preferred. Alternative location within DACH could also be considered. Regular travel across DACH and to Copenhagen HQ.
Own full-cycle enterprise sales: Prospecting, discovery, value cases, exec alignment, pilots, commercial structuring, and close.
Forecast with precision in CRM and run data-driven reviews.
Drive expansion in existing accounts with Customer Success. Turn deployments into references.
Build and manage SI and technology partnerships in the SAP ecosystem to extend reach and co-sell.
7–12 years enterprise SaaS new-business experience with consistent over-target results.
Proven success selling into industrial verticals such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing in DACH.
Strong ERP and SAP familiarity. Comfort selling with or through SIs and alliances.
Expert in complex, multi-stakeholder sales and multi-year SaaS contracting.
Fluent German. Strong business English.
Background in mobile enterprise apps, EAM, SAP PM or CS, or field service operations.
Startup or scale-up experience where you built process while selling.
CRM and BI proficiency for pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot plus reporting.
Competitive base, uncapped commission, and equity aligned to impact. Clear path to CSO, DACH after 24–36 months of sustained quota outperformance, reference creation, partner traction, and mentoring impact.
