🚀 The Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead who’s equal parts commercially driven and creatively hands-on. You’ll lead Rebl Eats’ in-store brand presence and local marketing execution — from planning activations and tastings to running social campaigns and managing a team of Brand Ambassadors.

You’ll work closely with our sales agents, who are responsible for growing distribution and maintaining retailer relationships. Your focus is to bring the brand to life in-store and locally — driving visibility, awareness, and trial.

We’re launching in 40 stores during the first month, and your activation plan will need to adapt and scale as we expand to 100+ locations, and then nationwide across Sweden.


💼 What You’ll Do

Retail & Activation Leadership

  • Own in-store visibility and execution across our initial 40 supermarkets — ensuring Rebl Eats stands out on shelves and in shoppers’ minds.

  • Plan and oversee sampling events, tastings, and brand activations that drive trial and awareness.

  • Lead and motivate our Brand Ambassadors to deliver best-in-class in-store experiences.

  • Collaborate with our sales agency to align promotional calendars and store-level initiatives.

  • Continuously optimize and scale the activation plan as we enter new stores and regions.

  • Track performance, collect field insights, and report actionable learnings.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Develop and manage local social media content and storytelling that reflect Rebl Eats’ voice and mission.

  • Run paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok) targeting local shoppers near stocked stores.

  • Collaborate with influencers, gyms, cafés, and community partners to amplify reach.

  • Support with creative production for in-store materials, POS, and digital campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and coordinate our Brand Ambassador team for in-store activations.

  • Build simple systems for scheduling, performance tracking, and feedback.

  • Foster a motivated, results-oriented team culture.


💡 You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, brand activation, or field execution — ideally in FMCG, food, or beverage.

  • Experience in-store activations, sampling campaigns, or events is a big plus.

  • Experience managing social media and if possible digital ad campaigns.

  • A commercial mindset — you understand how marketing translates into sales.

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude — you thrive in startup environments and can wear multiple hats.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Bonus: Experience in a sales role
