This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of content marketing at a company where the foundations are in place, but much is still to be defined. You’ll play a key role in shaping our voice, strategy, and processes from the ground up.
As our Enterprise Content Marketing Manager you’ll lead the creation of high-impact content across the funnel and multiple channels, working closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success. From whitepapers to social campaigns, your work will fuel awareness, engagement and growth, and help shape the voice of Waitwhile, especially within our expanding Enterprise customer base.
What you'll own 🚀
Enterprise & Strategic Content
- Develop a consistent stream of high-impact content for Enterprise buyers: case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, product sheets, and explainer video scripts.
- Create conversion-optimized content across the funnel: landing pages, nurture flows, and lead magnets.
- Work closely with in-house designers to ideate and produce visually engaging content assets that enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver ABM campaigns featuring personalized content for high-priority Enterprise accounts.
- Partner with our SEO agency to define and execute a content strategy that supports high-intent search behavior and organic lead generation.
- Identify and address content gaps across the buyer journey in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
Thought Leadership & Brand Amplification
- Manage and grow Waitwhile’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) with engaging content tailored to a B2B audience.
- Stay on top of social trends and algorithms to continually refine and optimize performance.
- Support internal subject matter experts and executives in building thought leadership.
What skills you need đź“–
- 3+ years of experience in strategic content marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills across both long-form and short-form content that aligns with brand voice and converts.
- Hands-on experience creating content for lead generation campaigns, including gated assets, nurture flows, and funnel-stage collateral.
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise sales cycles and the role of content at each stage of the buyer journey.
- Excellent collaboration skills — you thrive on turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Bonus points for experience with ABM, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), or working with SEO/content agencies.
