Swap Language is looking for a Customer Success Intern from January 5 – May 29, 2025. You’ll join an international EdTech team helping global employees learn languages, and you’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a great user experience.
You’ll learn how we run Customer Success in HubSpot CRM (workflows, automations, email marketing, ticketing, data) and engage directly with our free and Pro users, including calling to support onboarding, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
This internship gives you a unique combination of digital CRM skills and real customer interaction experience, the perfect foundation for a future career in Customer Success, Marketing Automation, CRM Operations, or as an entrepreneur.
Excellent people skills and confidence on the phone; you can handle user contact with minimal hand-holding.
Proactive, curious, and organized, you like figuring things out and improving processes.
Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems, and interested in how automation supports great service.
Able to work independently once introduced to a process.
Strong English communication skills.
Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Management, or a similar field.
A structured internship with mentoring, clear learning goals, and real ownership.
Hands-on HubSpot experience across automation, customer journeys, and reporting.
A user-facing role (calls + follow-ups) that builds real communication and service skills.
