Hands-on knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian and Microsoft Intune/Azure
Support experience with both Microsoft and Apple products
Customer focused attitude with an affinity for the support role
A curious mindset and a will to learn new technologies
Responsible for the IT support needs of our office in Utrecht and further afield
Working with our team to support our employees throughout Europe, the Nordics and the Baltic regions
On and Off boarding of our employees
Maintaining hardware and software needs of the company and interacting with our various 3rd party vendors
Participating in projects within the team to improve processes and infrastructure
Previous experience in IT Operations, IT Support or a similar technical role
Relevant education within the field of Information Technology
Knowledge and/or certifications in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Microsoft, or Apple
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a plus
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid — with an expected presence in the office approximately 3 days per week, in line with the nature of the role Location: The Netherlands, Utrecht
