As Head of Media Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and managing a remote media managers located across different countries.
Building, motivating, and structuring the team to achieve strong performance.
Identifying new media leads and opportunities across multiple markets.
Developing outreach strategies that drive growth and support our clients’ needs.
Setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring KPIs are met.
Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and results.
Acting as the bridge between the outreach team, sales and management.

Proven experience in media outreach, link building, or digital PR.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and international teams.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Ability to structure, organize, and optimize workflows.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
Confident in using AI-tools (it's a plus if you have experience in making automations).
