  • Monitor, report, and resolve production blockers, deviations, and process issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Process Engineering team to drive process control and continuous improvement.
  • Manage wafer logistics and cleanroom inventory in cooperation with the Material Specialist.
  • Track wafer production WIP using MES systems, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Coordinate with Equipment Engineers to ensure production tools and systems remain in optimal condition.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, providing feedback, fostering a safe, positive, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and cleanroom operational standards.
  • Support 5S activities, production capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives.

What skills do I need?

  • Proven experience in semiconductor or microfabrication cleanroom operations, with strong process understanding.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following: lithography, deposition (PVD, CVD, ALD), etching (wet or dry), thermal processing, or metrology.
  • Proficiency with MES systems, Jira, and standard office tools (MS Office or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data-driven process monitoring.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, EHS standards, and lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience motivating and developing a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and structured mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision production environment.
