Location: On-site at our warehouse in Sollentuna Central, Stockholm

Role Overview:

Parently is looking for a part-time (minimum 20h/week), highly organized, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our growing logistics team. This hands-on internship is well-suited as a mandatory part of a university course or degree program and should last at least three months.

The internship takes place on-site at our warehouse in Sollentuna Central – a conveniently located area that’s easy to reach from central Stockholm. As an intern, you’ll be fully involved in day-to-day warehouse operations and work closely with our full-time Operations Manager and two part-time warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Support with processing incoming orders, product allocation, and subscription activations.

• Warehouse Operations: Help manage returns, prepare deliveries, and maintain stock accuracy.

• Customer Support: Assist in handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in inspection processes to uphold product standards.

• Systems Support: Work with warehouse management systems and contribute to accurate inventory handling.

Requirements:

• Internship must be minimum 20h/week

• Availability for a minimum of 3 months.

• Availability from January 2026.

• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.

• Comfortable with physically demanding operations tasks.

• Proactive and reliable in a fast-paced team setting.

• Familiarity with logistics tools is a plus.

• Interest in circular economy and sustainable operations is appreciated.
