As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a crucial part of our mission and a fundamental part of our tight-knit commercial team. You will report to and have support from the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Customer Success.
Drive customer onboarding, training, and rollout plans. Create and track success plans with measurable client KPIs, ensuring customers achieve the desired outcomes.
Manage client relationships, including setting expectations, handling support tickets and owning client communications. Foster internal relationships, bridging client needs with our product development roadmap.
Contribute directly to our growth by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting network sales with Account Executives. Capture and communicate structured customer feedback and connect shared client challenges to inform product strategy, aid market expansion and improve customer success processes.
This role is located in Stockholm. Our hybrid work setup is flexible, but we expect you to join us at the office on a weekly basis. Our team consists of many nationalities, and we use English as our working language.
