About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Lead with hands-on experience in energy certificates, power trading, or brokerage. You’ll play a key role in scaling Spritju’s marketplace by onboarding energy suppliers, traders, and large buyers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive marketplace liquidity by identifying and onboarding EAC suppliers, traders, brokers, and corporate buyers.

• Manage the full sales and deal cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.

• Develop partnerships with energy producers, utilities, and trading companies.

• Provide market feedback to shape product features and trading functionalities.

• Represent Spritju in relevant energy industry networks and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in energy certificates (GOs, REGOs, I-RECs, etc.), power trading, brokerage, or related roles.

• Strong network in European electricity markets and/or corporate sustainability buyers.

• Proven track record in closing commercial deals or building liquidity.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to grow a new marketplace.

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
