SKJOLDET is looking for a Founders / CEO Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic role where you’ll get exposure to strategy, communication, administration, and daily operations – becoming the right hand to our CEO.

About the Role

As CEO Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in ensuring that the company runs smoothly on both a strategic and day-to-day level. This role goes beyond administration, you will be an integral part of the leadership team and trusted with responsibilities that matter.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and project follow-ups

• Drafting and coordinating internal and external communication

• Handling administrative and organizational tasks to keep operations on track

• Assisting with research, presentations, and reporting

• Acting as a sparring partner for new ideas and initiatives

• Helping to create structure and flow in a fast-paced environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate, forward-thinking, and motivated to learn. You thrive on responsibility and are excited about the chance to grow with the role.

You are likely:

• A student in business, economics, communication, or a related field (CBS or similar)

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, yet adaptable and proactive

• Strong in written and verbal communication (Danish and English)

• Curious, ambitious, and eager to gain insight into entrepreneurship and leadership

• Comfortable working in a flexible and sometimes fast-changing environment
