The product is almost there and momentum is real: research complete, prototypes tested, early users lined up, GTM plan drafted. We’re ready to launch v1 and grow. I’m therefore looking for sharp partner who can market, sell, and scale this with me.
Grow: Set targets; run experiments; make CAC/LTV work.
Market: Nail positioning; own content, SEO, GEO, paid, email, PR.
Sell: Build a pipeline and close revenue with buyers and sellers.
Partner: Secure refurb/repair, retail, logistics, and payments deals; launch co-marketing.
Fundraise: Craft the story, metrics, and materials; run investor outreach.
You’ve grown a marketplace or consumer product from 0 to 1. You balance creativity with numbers, love experiments, and communicate clearly. You’re relationship-driven, steady under pressure, and excited by a 5+ year mission. Founder/early-stage experience is a plus.
Near-equal equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff). No salary until funding/revenue. You'll also be a part of a mission that matters, and have the chance to build a global brand from the bottom up.
Oslo preferred; hybrid/remote with overlap works. Preferably full-time start within 1–2 months.
