We’re building an AI-powered home for circular living—one place to buy/sell second-hand, lease, swap, repair, and refurbish. The goal is simple: help people save money and time while we cut the footprint of “new stuff.” The vision is big: make circular the default and become the world’s leading circular economy platform.

Why Now

Six months of groundwork are done - research, interviews, prototypes, early signups, and an MVP that’s ~50% built. You won’t start from zero. You’ll ship v1 with me and set the pace for everything that follows.

What You’ll Lead

• Turn our MVP into a fast, delightful web + mobile product people love to use.

• Shape the data + AI backbone: helpful search, trustworthy recommendations, quality and safety signals, smart pricing, etc.

• Keep us simple and shipping: solid architecture, testing, and CI/CD without overbuilding.

• Build a tiny A-team and a learning culture: fast experiments, honest metrics, clear decisions.

• Represent tech with partners and investors; make the complex feel simple.

Who You Are

You’re deep in Data Science/AI and strong in product engineering (mobile and/or web). You’ve shipped 0 to 1 before, you're highly skilled and efficient, and you enjoy owning outcomes. You’re also kind, ambitious, and in for the long game (5+ years). Bonus if you’ve founded or led at an early-stage startup.

What You’ll Get

Real ownership: equal or near-equal equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff). No salary until funding/revenue. A meaningful problem, a clear path to launch, and a founder who’s all-in (CS BSc+MSc, UC Berkeley alum, ex-marketplace co-founder).

Where & When

Oslo preferred; hybrid/remote with timezone overlap works. Preferably full-time start within 1–2 months.
