Your mission at Voi
As the City Success Manager you will serve as the point of contact for city officials, policymakers, and public sector stakeholders across the London boroughs. In this role you will report directly to our Senior City Success Manager and you will collaborate closely with the local teams and other central stakeholders to further grow Voi’s footprint in London and enhance user experience. This will include:

• Drive market expansion efforts by winning agreements and advocating for Voi’s value proposition over competitors.
• Building strong relationships with key city stakeholders, leading events and contributing to initiatives in collaboration with the local Public Policy- and other teams to drive improved performance in line with city priorities.
• By being the point of contact ensuring contractual compliance, monitoring and implementing solutions that address city concerns and complaints funnelled from our user support teams, and following up on impact.
• Participating in pre-tender and tender work to ensure our position as the obvious choice for the London boroughs.
• Support on commercial development and rider engagement and experience initiatives as needed.
• Leveraging data and market insights and working in close collaboration with the local operations team to optimise operational efficiency and performance.

What you need to embark
We’re looking for a structured business professional with the ability to build and manage relationships with external stakeholders and work proactively to strengthen our footprint in a fast- and dynamic industry. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:

• A Bachelor in business, economics, engineering or similar. 
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, business development or strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from collaborating with and effectively managing external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record in partnerships and negotiations, driving successful outcomes, ideally with both public and private stakeholders.
• Experience from leading complex cross-functional projects taking multiple diverging stakeholder needs into account.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt the messaging to a diverse audience.
• Ability to work with analysis of large data sets.
