About VISOID

Our mission is to help architects communicate their projects, by enabling them to create high-quality visualizations with ease.

We are developing a web-based application for architects to generate visualizations of their 3D-models in a matter of minutes, with the help of the latest AI technology. Our application speeds up design workflows and makes high-quality visualizations available for a wider audience.

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and our revenue already doubled in 2025. We have customers in over 80 different countries, who collectively have generated over 4 million visualizations on our platform since the company was established in 2023.

We raised €700,000 earlier this year from leading Nordic investors to further build towards our mission and we are now recruiting for talented individuals who want to challenge the status quo and reinvent how architects and industry professionals communicate their designs.

What you will do

As an early hire, you will serve as a cornerstone of the company and you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills and take on greater responsibility as the company grows. You will also be able to partake in important decisions that significantly impact the company's future.

As a software company serving architects, architectural design and visualizations are at the heart of our communication, ensuring that architects discover and embrace our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our entire team to shape how Visoid is represented and communicated to the world. You will take charge of shaping and delivering our message to potential users through the most impactful and value-driven marketing channels.

As the Architect and Visualization Designer at Visoid, you will:

• Create educational and high-impact content: Develop new marketing material that clearly communicates Visoid’s value to users, including blogs, case studies, webinars, and tutorials.

• Be the professional voice of Visoid: Represent Visoid on social media and events.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives: Manage social media channels to drive engagement and expand our online presence. Work together with internal or external content creators to deliver top of the class visual content.

• Be part of a cross-functional team: Work closely with the whole team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Help our Users: Support our growing user base digitally or in-person.

• Champion user engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our users through events, surveys, and community management initiatives.

Note: We prioritize candidates that either are already located in Oslo or who have an existing right to work in Norway and are willing to relocate to Oslo.

Minimum Requirements

• At least a Bachelor level degree in Architecture.

• At least 5 years of experience with architectural design and/or visualization design.

• Proven design skills and deep interest for architecture.

• A passion for creating beautiful visualizations.

• Familiarity with multiple BIM, 3D modelling and architectural visualization software such as e.g. Archicad, Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape.

• Experience in driving social media engagement on Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly with compelling storytelling.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing startup environment with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong collaboration skills and interest in working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.

Optional qualifications

• Experience in working at a software company in a commercial role.

• Knowledge of generative AI tools or experience promoting AI-powered products.

• Advanced degree or certifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Personal social media presence on Instagram Youtube or Linkedin.

Compensation and equity

We offer a competitive salary, adjusted for early-stage growth companies. The salary range for this position is 750,000NOK - 900,000NOK (€60,000-€80,000) depending on experience and background..
