Lifecycle Marketing Lead (B2C)

As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead (B2C), you are driving Singa's B2C growth by communicating with singers across the Singa consumer apps in different lifecycle stages by email, in-app messages, and mobile notifications. Your mission is to identify opportunities for scalable engagement, optimise our communication flows, and deliver measurable business impact. By leveraging data, testing, and marketing automation, you’ll help build a sustainable growth engine that fuels and accelerates Singa’s expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy for Singa’s consumer apps, covering onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention stages.

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications to reach the right singers at the right time with the right message.

  • Develop and manage automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, free-to-premium, reactivation, retention, and loyalty).

  • Run continuous experimentation. A/B tests, messaging variations, offer structures, and channel mix to incrementally improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, content, and analytics teams to ensure communications are aligned, personalized, and impactful.

  • Leverage insights from data and customer behavior to inform strategy, prioritize opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Report on performance of lifecycle communications, tying results directly to engagement and revenue outcomes.

About You

  • 4–6+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation, preferably within SaaS, apps, or consumer tech.

  • Deep experience with email, push, and in-app marketing platforms (Iterable experience is a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for crafting engaging, personalized, and impactful messaging.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

  • Fluent in leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day work to boost performance and quality

  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.

  • Passion for music and singing is a plus!
