We’re now looking for a student worker (15–20 hours per week) to support our team with office management and HR-related tasks. This is a great opportunity if you’re studying business, HR, communications, or similar — and want practical experience in a fast-growing tech company.
Help keep the office running smoothly (supplies, snacks, mail/packages, general tidiness).
Support the HR function with practical tasks (posting job ads, coordinating interviews, updating candidate pipeline).
Assist with onboarding new hires (welcome packs, access setup, orientation scheduling).
Help organize small social events (team lunches, Friday bar, after-work activities).
Provide light admin support to the commercial team (calendar bookings, document updates).
You’re currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (e.g. Business, HR, Communication, International Studies).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Good communicator in English (Danish is a plus, not a requirement).
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
