Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Grale, you’ll be at the heart of our growth - identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that make a real difference for the planet. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from spotting leads to sealing the deal.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Identify and prioritize target customers across key segments (e.g. wholesalers, distributors, retail, FMCG, HoReCa, brand owners, facility management).
• Build strong, long-term relationships and create tailored proposals that solve customer needs.
• Manage meetings, pitch and present solutions with confidence to decision-makers.
• Track and report on pipeline progress and sales performance in our CRM (Hubspot).
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Constantly explore new ways to reach potential customers and scale our sales.
• Stay on top of market trends and customer insights to help refine our go-to-market strategy.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with physical products within sectors such as wholesale, retail, FMCG, HoReCa, facility management or sustainability.
• A strong network in any of these sectors is a big plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience with CRM systems and a structured, data-driven sales approach.
