Are you an experienced Fullstack Developer (2–5 years of experience) who wants to work in an environment where AI is a natural part of the development process? At CyberPilot, we’re looking for a developer who can take ownership of their code while also being curious about how AI can be used to build better software, faster.
We’re not looking for a senior architect, but neither a recent graduate – we’re looking for someone who has a few years of experience, feels comfortable with our tech stack, and wants to take the next step in their development career.
Important: This role is for someone who lives in the Aarhus area or can commute here. We work flexibly, but we believe close collaboration works best when we meet regularly at the office.
As a key member of our development team, you’ll take full ownership of the features you build — from the very first idea to launch and beyond. We believe in an end-to-end mindset, where developers are not only shaping and delivering new functionalities but also ensuring they perform reliably in production and create real value for our users. From shaping concepts to driving releases, you’ll play a central role in creating products that make a difference.
You’ll be a key part of CyberPilot’s Engineering team, working closely with a Product Owner in a small, effective product team. Your tasks will include:
Developing new and existing features in our platform
Contributing to technical specifications and research in collaboration with the Product Owner
Using AI tools (e.g. Warp, Cursor, Copilot) for everything from code generation to QA and DevOps
Working with our Lead AI Engineer to evaluate and test new AI technologies
Contributing to software architecture and ensuring high quality through automated testing
You have at least 2 years of experience as a fullstack developer, preferably with our stack: NestJS, React, TypeScript, Postgres
You have worked with automated testing and believe in its value
You are curious about AI tools and motivated to actively use them in your work
You can work independently, but also thrive in close collaboration within small teams
You communicate clearly and can explain technical solutions to colleagues without a development background
Great flexibility in working hours and location (with Aarhus as your base)
Responsibility from day one and the chance to influence both product and process
A culture where we constantly test new tools and solutions
Skilled colleagues who share knowledge and are passionate about building software that makes a difference
We review applications on an ongoing basis and will close the position once we’ve found the right candidate – so make sure to send your application as soon as possible.
