Senior React Developer

Our platform is used by Danish and Nordic municipalities to manage every step of waste collection — from driver navigation and citizen self-service to CRM for customer support. As we scale rapidly across Europe, we’re looking for a Senior React Developer to strengthen our product and deliver world-class user experiences.
As a Senior React Developer, you’ll own the frontend experience of our SaaS platform. You’ll design and build high-quality React applications, mentor junior developers, and ensure our UI is performant, maintainable, and a pleasure to use. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, product, and design to ship features that matter — from operational dashboards to citizen portals.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications with React.js.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a focus on long-term quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, product, design) to deliver new features.
Perform code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
Keep up with the latest React ecosystem trends, tools, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional React.js experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and related libraries/tools.
Experience consuming and implementing GraphQL or REST APIs.
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
