Senior React Developer

Our platform is used by Danish and Nordic municipalities to manage every step of waste collection — from driver navigation and citizen self-service to CRM for customer support. As we scale rapidly across Europe, we’re looking for a Senior React Developer to strengthen our product and deliver world-class user experiences.

The Role

As a Senior React Developer, you’ll own the frontend experience of our SaaS platform. You’ll design and build high-quality React applications, mentor junior developers, and ensure our UI is performant, maintainable, and a pleasure to use. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, product, and design to ship features that matter — from operational dashboards to citizen portals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications with React.js.

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a focus on long-term quality.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, product, design) to deliver new features.

• Perform code reviews and uphold high coding standards.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

• Keep up with the latest React ecosystem trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of professional React.js experience.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and related libraries/tools.

• Experience consuming and implementing GraphQL or REST APIs.

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
