Hi there! đź‘‹
We’re looking for a QA Lead with strong technical expertise to join our team and bring “automate everything” mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to own and build our QA strategy, lead test automation initiatives, and enable our engineers to deliver with confidence—while staying hands-on as we are still a small team. You can work remotely Europe, ideally in Finland, or choose a hybrid model by combining remote work with time at our lovely office in Espoo, Finland. 🌏
This is a newly established global role. You’ll work especially closely with our Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams, which are primarily located in Finland but also spread across Europe. We value teamwork, so we’d love for you to visit Finland occasionally to collaborate in person. As we grow, this role has the potential to expand into team leadership and shape QA as a function.
We’re a diverse team of 50+ professionals from 20+ nationalities. We value transparency, communicating with trust and honesty, and ownership, embracing an "I'll figure it out" attitude. Teamwork is essential—we learn from and support one another, always striving to win as one. Our ambition drives us to think big, tackle challenges, and continuously improve. And through it all, we never forget the importance of laughter—taking our work seriously but not ourselves, staying friendly, open, and always ready for a good laugh. We come together regularly e.g. organising kick-off events—most recently in Finland & Estonia on 2025. Read more about us here.
