We’re looking for a Head of People & Organisation to help structure how we grow our internal team and shape the future of hiring through our product. You’ll not only develop our internal HR and hiring processes, but also provide critical insights into how recruitment, onboarding, and team design should function, which directly influence how the platform is built for external users.
This is a hybrid strategic + operational role ideal for someone who wants to both shape culture and improve hiring outcomes across the ecosystem.
Define and implement internal People Ops processes: onboarding, contracts, team development, etc.
Design scalable recruitment workflows for early-stage teams (us and our future users)
Advise on HR tech trends, compliance, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) best practices
Collaborate with Product & Design teams to map hiring journeys and user personas for Nordly
Support talent surveys, employer interviews, and prototyping of future recruitment tools
Act as an internal People Advisor to founders and team leads during our growth phase
Experience in HR, People Ops, or Organizational Development (startup or scale-up preferred)
Familiarity with modern hiring practices, freelance/remote hiring, and early-stage org design
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, onboarding, and employment frameworks in Denmark/Europe
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to set up systems, templates, and policies
Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills
Bonus: Experience in HR SaaS platforms, recruitment tech, or product input from a People perspective
