About Qliks

Who are we at Qliks? Well Qliks is a music tech startup and we are trying to make it easier, faster, and more efficient for publishers, artists, and songwriters to pitch their songs. Today, pitching in the music industry is slow, full of errors and extremely tedious and exhausting — you have to write 50–100 unique emails by hand every week just to get heard - which no ones does basically. This is what we at Qliks are trying to fix this by giving music professionals smart tools to personalize, organize, and scale their outreach — so more songs find the right audience.

We’ve just launched out of stealth and are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Communications Intern to join our team and help us grow.


Your Role

As a Marketing & Communications Intern at Qliks, you’ll play a key role in how we communicate with prospects, customers, and the music industry at large. You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining first-hand experience in startup growth, sales strategy, and B2B SaaS marketing.



What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all prospect and customer communications are followed up correctly and on time

  • Assist in drafting and shaping marketing materials, campaigns, and email flows

  • Support the team in building and running outreach campaigns to publishers, labels, and artists

  • Help design strategies for converting prospects into customers and strengthening relationships once onboarded

  • Contribute ideas for improving how we engage and retain customers throughout their journey

  • Track and organize feedback from customers to help refine messaging and product direction


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, and or the music industry

  • Excellent writing skills (clear, professional, and creative)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

  • Curious and proactive — someone who enjoys taking initiative and learning fast

  • Experience with marketing, CRM, or SaaS tools is a plus (but not required)
