DatHost is a bootstrapped, profitable game server host (~€3M ARR, doubling YoY) powering CS2, Minecraft, Valheim and more. We’re a tiny, high-ownership team of 5 that loves staying lean, focused, and fast. We’re at an inflection point with revenue-generated capital to deploy—and we’re hiring a Head of Operations to run the company day-to-day.
You’ll be in the driver’s seat: align with the CEO/founders on strategy, goals, and guardrails—then own execution across the business. All functions and people report to you. It’s a founder-driven company, so you’ll balance real autonomy with regular founder-alignment to keep culture and direction tight. It’s a role for people who like to stay focused on the things that matter, building a great team, delivering a great experience for customers and growing revenue, in that order.
People & culture: 1:1s, performance feedback, career growth plans, remote rituals/meetups; make DatHost a place people love to work.
Hiring & leveling: Own hiring, promotions, comp reviews; keep the bar high.
Plan & prioritize: Set strategy for our gameserver business; choose the few bets that matter.
Project management: Create clarity, cadence, and accountability so projects ship on time—without heavy process.
Hands-on execution (~50% time): Jump into whatever moves the needle (content, support, hiring, supplier negotiations, etc.), then systematize it. This isn’t a role where you sit and wait for things from your reports. You get your hands dirty, and it’s not always glamorous work.

€62k–€78k annual salary + equity.
Remote, Europe-only. High trust, flexible schedule.
