We’re looking for motivated and ambitious Restaurant Professionals to join our growing sales team.
This is a commission-based role with no earnings cap. If you’re a natural people person with a strong commercial drive and the hustle to close deals, you’ll have the chance to become a top earner while helping restaurants transform their business with Munchi.

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers
Drive new sales with a commercial and proactive mindset
Actively upsell, promote and find new ways to maximize revenue
Serve as a trusted partner to restaurants, helping them succeed with Munchi’s solutions
Represent Munchi at industry events, networking opportunities and within local communities
Have a commercial attitude and understand that your results drive your income
Be persuasive, confident and enjoy connecting with people
Be fluent in the local language (Finnish for Finland-based roles) and English
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and be eager to learn
Be motivated by performance and financial success
Have experience in restaurants, hospitality or sales
Speak additional languages (a strong advantage in diverse markets)
Have experience with SaaS or B2B solutions
Enjoy networking and building relationships in the food and beverage industry
