CYVI is building the AI operating system for commercial insurance. We simplify and accelerate how brokers, MSPs, and businesses access cyber insurance and protection. Our platform is growing fast, and we are looking for a proactive team member to help drive adoption and growth across the Nordics.

Role Overview

As a Founders Associate focusing on Business Development, you will work closely with the founders to expand CYVI’s reach and strengthen relationships with brokers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will be directly responsible for onboarding new partners onto the platform, ensuring their adoption, and supporting them to succeed. This is a fast-paced role that combines sales, partnerships, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact brokers and MSPs to introduce and expand CYVI’s platform adoption

• Manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth partner activation

• Support brokers and MSPs in understanding the value of CYVI’s solutions

• Track adoption metrics and provide feedback to the founders for growth initiatives

• Collaborate with the founders on broader business development projects, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies

• Represent CYVI in partner meetings and industry conversations

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to work closely with founders in a dynamic startup environment

• Organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is a plus, ideally within insurance, tech, or financial services
