We’re looking for a Founding Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Munchi and help build the operating system for restaurants. This is not a traditional job, it’s a founder-level opportunity with meaningful stock options.

Munchi is the all-in-one operating system for restaurants. We unify POS, self-order kiosks, online stores, loyalty, payments, and analytics into one seamless platform.

Today, we’ve partnered with 150+ restaurants across Finland, Estonia, Malta, and the UAE. With €650K already raised in pre-seed funding and international expansion underway, we’re just getting started.

Our team comes from five different countries with backgrounds in restaurants, tech, delivery, finance, and product. We’re a collective of problem-solvers who believe in ownership, speed, and building meaningful solutions.

What you’ll do

As COO, you’ll own execution and scaling:

• Build and optimize operations (onboarding, customer success).

• Align sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize growth.

• Oversee finance and admin (cashflow, reporting, investor updates).

• Enable smooth international expansion with scalable playbooks.

• Experience in operations, scaling, or business execution (startup/SaaS a plus).

• Builder’s mindset: analytical, structured, and hands-on.

• Thrives in ambiguity and can create clarity from chaos.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
