We’re looking for an ambitious B2B Growth Marketer Intern to join our team. You’ll get hands-on experience in growth marketing, combining creative ideas with an analytical mindset to optimize performance and drive measurable results.
This is a unique chance to learn what it takes to build B2B marketing in a fast-moving SaaS startup, from testing ads and campaigns to aligning with sales to close deals.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
Support email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
Coordinate influencer and partner marketing efforts
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CAC, payback)
Research target segments and competitor strategies
Help create B2B content (case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, decks)
Collaborate daily with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
Strong drive to learn B2B marketing in a startup environment
Familiarity with digital marketing (ads, email, content)
Analytical mindset, comfortable looking at numbers and optimizing
Creative eye for messaging and design
Self-starter, proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Finnish a plus)
Interest in SaaS, startups, and scaling businesses
You love pizza 🍕
Bonus: experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or Canva
Type: Full-time or part-time internship
Start date: As soon as we find the right fit
Being based in the Helsinki metropolitan area is a plus (we often do content shoots and restaurant visits), but it’s not a must. Remote candidates are welcome to apply.
