We're creating Sparkly: real fruit beverages sourced directly from Vietnam, without artificial anything. The recipes are promising. The market is ready. Now we need someone to make sure our drinks actually reach customers.

This role isn't about optimizing existing operations. It's about building everything from day one. You'll be the connection between our Vietnam manufacturing partner and our European customers, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery across thousands of kilometers.

There's something uniquely satisfying about operations at this stage. When you establish our first inventory system, when you solve that impossible logistics puzzle, when you create a quality control process that catches issues before customers do, you'll feel the immediate impact of your work.

You'll wear multiple hats: logistics expert, quality assurance manager, inventory planner, and troubleshooter-in-chief. One day you might be negotiating with 3PL providers, the next you're tasting samples to ensure consistency, and the next you're building contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

The ideal operations partner:

• Thrives in ambiguity and finds joy in creating structure where none exists

• Has experience managing international supply chains, ideally with food/beverage

• Can balance perfect-world operations with startup reality

• Understands that in early-stage companies, done is better than perfect (but perfect is still the goal)

• Possesses both strategic vision and willingness to get hands dirty

This role requires a €10,000 founder investment (structured as a loan, repaid at our first fundraise), ensuring everyone is fully committed to our success.
