We're launching Sparkly, a beverage brand that uses real Vietnamese fruit instead of the artificial ingredients everyone else relies on. The product is excellent. Nobody knows about it yet. That's your challenge.

This isn't about joining a sales team. You ARE the sales team. Starting with Stockholm's most forward-thinking offices, then expanding to retail, you'll create our go-to-market strategy and execute it yourself. No sales support. No marketing budget. Just you, a case of samples, and unwavering determination.

Every morning, you'll wake up to zero sales. By evening, you'll have moved us forward. Some days by inches, some days by miles. But always forward.

Your first customers won't buy because they recognize our brand. They'll buy because they recognize your passion, your persistence, and the quality you represent. You'll be selling more than a beverage; you'll be selling the vision of what Sparkly can become.


The right partner for this venture:

  • Has experience opening new accounts from scratch, particularly in food and beverage

  • Understands office managers' and retail buyers' needs before they do

  • Can build sales systems while simultaneously closing deals

  • Thinks like an owner: celebrating the wins, but obsessing over losses


This role requires a €10,000 founder investment (structured as a loan, repaid at our first fundraise), ensuring every founder is financially committed to our success.
