We're creating Sparkly, a new kind of beverage company focused on making drinks with real Vietnamese fruit that actually taste like what's on the label. No artificial ingredients, no fake flavors. Just a honest refreshment.

This isn't a design job. It's a founder role that happens to need world-class design skills. You'll be responsible for everything visual: from bottle design that passes regulatory requirements to retail displays that drive sales to the content that tells our story.

There is no design department to lead. It's just you, figuring it out, making things happen with limited resources. You'll work directly with me and our small team to build this company from the ground up, with all the freedom and responsibility that entails.

What we have today: a clear vision and a manufacturing partner. What we don't have: everything else. That's where you come in.

This role requires a €10,000 founder investment (structured as a loan, repaid at our first fundraise) to ensure all founders have skin in the game.
