We turn expert-designed movement programs into playful experiences. TheMOVE connects parents, practitioners, and children in one platform and app. Exercises are curated by specialists, delivered through an animated game world with an AI friend, and supported by smart gamification so kids keep coming back.

Your role:

You set the technical direction and ship real product from MVP to pilots to scale. You will lead platform, mobile, and computer-vision work, integrate the Unity game, and turn clinical guidance into reliable product flows. You will hire and mentor a small, excellent team and work closely with our founder, design team, and a strong advisory board.

Responsibilities:

Own the architecture for the practitioner portal, secure APIs, the parent app, and Unity integration.
Set the performance bar and technical guardrails for on-device motion tracking and quality scoring, leading CV engineers or partners to meet clear accuracy and latency targets.
Put privacy by design in place: GDPR, consent, data minimization, encryption, DPIA, safe analytics.
Recruit, mentor, and manage engineers and external partners while staying hands-on where it matters.

What you bring:

Positive, collaborative mindset.
5+ years building and shipping products, including team or system leadership
Full-stack strength across modern web frameworks and cloud deployment
Mobile experience with iOS or Android or React Native, releases, crash reporting, and metrics
Real-time client integration, ideally with Unity or similar engines
Plus one of these: On-device ML or computer vision, real-time media or graphics, TTS or voice
Product sense, data literacy, and a habit of measuring outcomes, not output

TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform designed to support children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. Using AI, motion capture, and gamification, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities - at home, in schools, kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. The challenge is widespread and growing: 29% of children in early school years show signs of motor difficulties. Up to 10% are believed to have sensory integration challenges, which impact learning, emotional regulation, and social participation. While some of these children receive support from therapists, many do not. They are misunderstood as inattentive, unmotivated, or disruptive - when in fact, they lack the motor or sensory foundation needed to function comfortably in everyday life.
