About SpeakCharlie

Founded in 2014, SpeakCharlie AB provides tailor-made language and intercultural business training for companies of all sizes. We currently support hundreds of businesses with courses in Swedish, English, Mandarin, French, and intercultural communication. With demand for English in HR growing rapidly, we’re now looking for a coach who combines HR know-how with pedagogical expertise.

What you’ll do

• Teach English with a focus on HR communication and terminology.
• Lead interactive discussions, case studies, and role-plays (e.g. interviews, negotiations, performance reviews).
• Adapt lessons to each participant’s professional needs, keeping sessions practical and engaging.
• Provide constructive feedback that builds confidence in real-life HR scenarios.

What a class looks like

Courses are held either at clients’ offices in Stockholm or online. A typical setup includes one or two 90-minute sessions per week, tailored to participants’ schedules and goals.

• Native English speaker.
