🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of core product domains — starting with onboarding, integrations, and data migration. These are the foundations that let customers realise value quickly and trust our platform for mission-critical operations.

You’ll be the person who turns complex requirements into a clear, prioritised roadmap that balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Own the backlog end-to-end for your domain — from roadmap priorities down to detailed Jira stories.

• Translate complex requirements into clarity: write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, so engineers are never blocked.

• Prioritise ruthlessly: balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate daily with engineering, delivery, and design to keep work moving.

• Track impact: measure onboarding time, adoption rates, and support tickets — and iterate until targets are hit.

• Continuously improve delivery: introduce patterns, frameworks, and smarter ways of working.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager in SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or data migration (not coding, but speaking the language).

• Proven ability to own a backlog and defend priorities with stakeholders.

• Strong communicator across technical and business contexts.

• Structured, organised, but thrives in a fast-moving scaleup.

Nice to Have

• Experience with municipal/public sector or ERP systems.

• Familiarity with Python/Django environments.

• Interest in AI/automation in backend workflows.
