We need a strong high-energy sales lead who can potentially be a late-entry co-founder. We have bootstrapped our way from nothing to full product in 3 years with pure grit, lots of hustling and tons of help from the community, early clients and network.
We need you to help us bootstrap our sales from absolute nothing to billions, with no budget, no excuses, and pure grit. This isn’t a job; it’s potential ownership in a rocket ship if you deliver.
The two other co-founders and the early team, build the brand and the product from scratch to launch this way. We all ~19 CB team members live the “bootstrap until we make billions path” so don’t apply if you don’t have the stamina and persistence to win big on your own terms together with us (everything we do is TEAM!!!).
You’ll own the entire sales engine from day one: hunting leads, cold calling like a machine in the beginning, booking demos, and turning ice-cold prospects into burning-hot deals. We’re talking relentless outbound in wave 1—pick up the phone, find contacts, dial hundreds, and fill the calendar with qualified demos. When we are rolling - then we will add a full outbound sales team to your setup.
Thomas (the founder) will jump in on every demo, close deals, onboard clients, and grind alongside you. This is co-founding, not delegation: you build the pipeline, we both sell like hell until it scales and we can fund even more action. The sales efforts are supported by 3,5 other CostBits team members helping out with Partnerships, Events, Marketing, email outbound etc.
Pipeline from zero: Source leads creatively—networks, events, partners, whatever works. No ads, no spend—just hustle.
Cold outreach mastery: Call, email, message. Get decision-makers (procurement and finance leads at mid-to-large orgs in UK, EU, US and Canada) on the line and into demos. The team will help with all but the calling (not their strength - which is part of why we need you).
Scale the machine: Once traction hits, build processes, hire reps, and turn this into a revenue monster. But start solo, dialing for dollars.
In that order. Expect full dedication to get rolling (maybe next to that paying job that keeps your bills paid - just like the rest of the team), rejection galore, and the thrill of building from scratch.
HubSpot is our bible—everything funnels in here for CRM, tracking, and deal flow. Mastery is mandatory; if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn’t happen. If you don't know HubSpot - we will teach it - it's not that hard!
AI tools: Use whatever AI boosts outreach—content personalization, lead gen scripts, or automation. But keep it branded and effective. The team helps where they can.-
Your sales toolkit: Bring your own (LinkedIn Sales Nav hacks, email finders, dialers). We don’t care what, as long as it drives demos and integrates with HubSpot.
We’re tool-agnostic beyond HubSpot. Deliver pipeline, and we’re golden.
You’re a sales beast who lives for the hunt, thrives on no’s turning to yes’s, and executes without hand-holding. You’re obsessed with closing, not planning. You’ve built pipelines from scratch before—proven track record in B2B sales, ideally fintech or SaaS, with cold outreach wins. No salary hunters; this is equity play for hustlers who bet on themselves. If you’ve scaled a startup sales team or crushed quotas on zero budget, prove it. Bonus if you’ve got a network in procurement/finance or a background with consulting.
You’re smart as hell, comfortable with imposed or self-inflicted chaos, and ready to work for massive upside. No beginners, no talkers—only doers who’ve made money rain.
Up to 10% equity on current cap table vesting over 4 years, co-founder status if you are good enough, and the chance to own sales in a global fintech built entirely to scaling fast. Remote team, CET-based with global hustle. Founder in Copenhagen, partners in Europe, Canada, US, UK. Location? Irrelevant. English-only, Danish is a plus if that is where you start hunting - if not then we don’t care, if you have a lead into another larger market - then that's what we do.
